Mother's Day Flower Special Delivery Notice

We know how special Mother’s Day is for everyone across the globe. At Mays Flower Shop, we offer professional floral services and reliable flower delivery to different areas in Hong Kong during Mother’s Day.

We strive to maintain the utmost quality of each of our orders. Because of the high volume of gift orders, please carefully note the key changes to flower delivery during the Mother’s Day period:

Orders & Confirmation:

1. During 7-9th May, we will only accept orders from the Mother’s Day Flowers and Gifts category. Deliveries will be available for HK Island addresses only.
2. We will confirm your flower delivery either by email or by phone. Please contact us if you did not receive the confirmation.
3. For flower order amendments, please email us the details of the change, such as the card message. We will only accept 1 round of order changes.
4. For flower order cancellation, please notify us by Email. Cancellation before 5 May will subject to 50% handling fee. No cancellation and refund after.

Payments:

1. To guarantee delivery, please settle the payment after placing your order.
2. For payments using bank transfers, please send us the receipt with the order number and name for confirmation.
3. If you’d like to settle the payment now, please click “Payment Now” or click here.

Deliveries:

1. Please provide us with the recipient’s name and phone number. Due to the high volume of orders, there is no specified time available for deliveries of Mother’s Day flowers.
2. For flower delivery services, a delivery charge is required for remote areas such as villages, villas, the airport area, and re-deliveries.
